S4E17: I Changed My Mind About Ease

I changed my mind on this whole “ease” thing. Hear me out — I haven’t been fully behind something that I KNOW to be true. I was still watering down a message and hoping you’d read between the lines. Are you watering down some part of your message? Listen below or in your favorite podcasting app!

in season 4, episode 17 we’re covering…

  • The realization that I was “straddling” two ideas about business

  • Deciding to stop watering my POV down and get more clear

  • What I can really help you do inside of your business

  • Who I am for and who I am not for

  • Checking in with yourself — are you still trying to blend in?

Your homework from this episode:

  • Reflect: Where are you watering down your message, POV, or beliefs? Where is there an opportunity for you to go deeper, more bold, more strong in your perspective? What stories or beliefs come up that say why you CAN’T share that or go there?

S4E16: 3 Beliefs That Hindered My Growth

Do you have beliefs that aren’t serving you? Honestly, probably. We all do. And in this episode I’m sharing 3 of the major players that I used to believe and only worked through releasing once I realized how much they weren’t helping me. I’ll also share a few beliefs that have radically helped me grow. Listen below or in your favorite podcasting app!

in season 4, episode 16 we’re covering…

  • The belief that an old mentor taught me that nearly ruined my business

S4E15: The Thing Mindset Coaches Get Wrong

Are you consistently jumping ship? I’m sharing a glimpse inside a conversation that ended up becoming a perfect example of what I see business owners do time and time again — abandon their goals and jump ship. Here’s how you can come to terms with that. Listen below or in your favorite podcasting app!

in season 4, episode 15 we’re covering…

  • A conversation and question from Will that opened my eyes

  • Living in the 3D and doing real life (and being okay with it)

  • The difference between jumping ship versus staying in it

  • How to navigate commitment and consistent action

Your homework from this episode:

  • Bring that awareness to it: Is this a pattern you have? Do you abandon things when it gets a little bumpy? Do you give yourself an impossibly quick timeline to see results and jump ship if it doesn’t happen immediately?

  • Reflect: Is this a behavior that’s ultimately serving you? Is this a behavior that, now that you’re aware of it, you want to continue to have? Remember this isn’t an exercise in judging or beating yourself up.

  • Start introducing new beliefs: My favorite metaphor is thinking about an online order delivery - there’s time in between order and receiving, right? What if that’s just the moment you’re in right now, and instead of going back to square 1 and putting in a new order, you stuck with it and trusted that the delivery was on its way. What if you started looking for evidence that it was in transit and coming to you? What if you started expecting that the delivery would be here versus questioning if it’s ever going to show up?
