Back in 2015 I had my panicked wake-up call of ‘not this’ and a in a desperate hail-Mary I started my business as a way to get out of a life of settling and move towards my dreams and desires. I realized every decision I was making—from the unhealthy relationship, the dead-end job, and the totally wrong-fit town—was me assuming that ‘this was it’ and settling for ‘good enough’.

I’m so grateful that young version of myself took the brave leap towards a life better than she ever thought possible.

Now I live in my dream city (Charleston, SC!) with the most supportive, loving partner and our two fur babies, Monte and Fern. I wake up every day grateful for our beautiful home, our incredible friends and family, and this life of simple joys and delight that I’ve created. I spend my days pouring into the dreamiest of clients, coaching on subjects that I love, and playing by my own rules.

And I love helping others create this for themselves, too.

Over the past 8+ years of entrepreneurship there've been many ups and downs, pivots and panics, worries and wins, and everything in between.

But one thing that’s stayed true over every experience of running and growing two successful multi-six-figure businesses is that I get to do things my way—honoring my values, my integrity, and my desires. I’ve moved through big transitions, scary leaps, incredible experiences, income dips, and epic celebrations and my gift is helping others learn to navigate running and growing businesses in a way that is both energetically and sustainably spacious and sustainable.

My work is a blend of energetics and strategy and uses modalities like human design (6/2 emotional projector here!), rapid resolution therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, and more to create real and lasting transformation from the inside out.

My clients are known to double, triple, and even quadruple their incomes while stepping into more ease, confidence, and spaciousness. While I love to celebrate a huge financial win, for me the real success is when a client shares that they feel more connected to their work, have more time for their families, and feel like their life AND business are filled with joy.
