  • I keep lessons really short (5-20 minutes typically) because I a) hate fluff and b) have ADHD and would never listen to anything longer, myself. My intention is that this is something you can tap into over the course of a few weeks to integrate and act on (i.e. tuning into a particular lesson as you go to write that post, to put the work into practice).
